teki kushiyaki — Restaurant in Hiroshima

Second time in japan, basically speak no japanese but other half speaks enough to order and get by. However the staff were incredible with enough english to make you comfortable and were amazing to us from the start giving us a seat at the bar. The food is frankly incredible. The best skewers i have had the pleasure of eating in japan. The 7 kinda of kushiyaki is an absolute winner with nothing too "exotic" if people are nervous about trying new things. This is very safe with pork belly beef and the most exotic being chicken neck which is very much like thigh being juicy and slightly springy. If you want to go off the rails a little the chicken heart is fantastic ! Genuinly left feeling like a local and possibly my favourite night out in hiroshima in..forever. ...

This is a real hidden gem, the food is amazing, scewers are cooked right in front of you. The staff are very welcoming and speak enough English to communicate, they also have English menus. Tenen tot tipus de carn de vedella, pollastre i porc, recomanable demanar-ne diverses perquè són petites. De preu estan molt bé pel tamany que tenen i estan súuuper bones: vaig provar les de pollastre normals i les de bistec i em van encantar, sabor molt natural i es nota que estan fetes a la brasa. A més, també tenen brochetes de coses com shiitake, pebrots verds i albergínia, i una opció de 7 broquetes variades. El personal súper amable i atent, els encantarà si els parles una mica de japonès 😉 També és destacable dir que és obligatori demanar una beguda per cap, sense comptar l'aigua. La comanda es fa a través de la web via codi QR, molt fàcil d'utilitzar. En resum, experiència excel·lent amb un menjar especialitzat en carn (yakitori, que són les broquetes) de molt bona qualitat en un ambient de barra acollidor, sobretot hi van locals però els estrangers com nosaltres hi són totalment benvinguts; de fet, tenen el menú en anglès.
