Wagyu Yakiniku Fouco — Restaurant in Hiroshima

It was an impromptu trip when we chose to ate at this restaurant. The ambience and music were pretty good. We ordered the beef tongue and the exclusive set. The meat was flavourful, tasty and texture wise was very soft, and the beef tongue was soft and chewy and delicious. We also had the brisket, which was recommended, and it was fatty and delicious. One of their sides, the potato salad, was delicious and the mashed potatoes were smooth and creamy, complimenting the taste well. The staff were also friendly and tried their best to communicate with us. Worth the trip! Sho and Kokona took very special care of me and treated me like their only guest. They are wonderful hosts. The beef was out of this universe, as were the several side dishes I had. The rest of the staff worked diligently and effectively, and one could see that this is a very tight ship. What a pleasant, cozy atmosphere! I recommend this establishment highly! If I had one gripe, it would be that the wine-glass pours were slightly short, but I won't let this detract from what was a wonderful culinary experience. Came for the meat, stayed for the egg mousse rice. I dream of that rice dish. My partner and I came here on our trip to Osaka and we want to go back just for the Egg Mousse Rice bowl. Please order this and treat yourself. And as amazing as the food was, it was very affordable. We were shocked when we got the bill.
