ラーメン専門 のり一（のりいち） — Restaurant in Kagoshima

This was exactly what I was looking for when I started searching for a place that serves Kagoshima ramen that's truly unique. The noodles are thick and chewy, and the broth is extremely light and refreshing. Not something you can say about ramen very often. All of that being said, I wouldn't say that this ramen was one of the most delicious bowl I've ever eaten or anything. It's very understated and as other reviewer have mentioned, doesn't taste like anything special at first. But it really is a great healing bowl which I could imagine would be a blessing after a night of drinking. So for it's uniqueness, refreshing taste, and top notch noodles, I think it deserves some real praise. The pork chashu is pretty weak though. You can skip it. Just toss some shichimi and shaved garlic in the bowl and you have a truly healing meal that's pretty unique to Kagoshima. Cool old diner vibe too. Overall a 7.5/10 bowl with an honourable mention. 今回は鹿児島・天文館の繁華街の中にあるラーメン屋さんです✨TRYラーメン大賞全国版にも掲載されている地元で愛されている昭和24年創業の現存する鹿児島ラーメンの中でも随一の歴史を誇る老舗のお店です✨

スープは鶏の動物系スープです✨

鶏ガラベースに少々の豚骨を加え炊き込んだスープに合わせるのは自家製の塩と醤油のカエシのあっさりスープに表面にはラードが浮いており焦がしネギのアクセントのスープです☺️✨

一口啜ると、とてもあっさりして後味がとてもスッキリなスープに飲んだ後の胃にかなりじわーっと染み込みます✨✨焦がしネギのアクセントであっさりすぎずについつい飲んでしまうスープに仕上がってます☺️✨
