You could taste a quite good Kagoshima's black chicken ramen. Other ramen restaurants in Kagoshima may often serve the chicken soup mixed with pork soup which people might feel taste is a bit richer, but the ramen here was more like with pure chicken soup base. I did not order a rice, and I am sure it will be a perfect match. The master surely had over 20 years experince in making the ramen and he was very kind. Will come back again on...

The soup of their Raman is made with chicken, plenty of chicken! Although the soup looks so clear, it tasted so rich! The meat on top were thick but soft, along with the chewy noodles, brought a very good texture in the mouth! The best chicken soup Raman I’ve ever had. The staffs are so nice too!
