My brother and I had a matcha soft serve each, we tried one premium and one mild. I really love matcha so I was very excited when passing this dessert place. Both were really good but my favourite was the premium matcha because I love when the matcha flavour is more intense and has its bitterness cutting through the sweetness. The matcha pudding is insane. I tried the “Level Max” first and immediately went back for the “Premium Max” to take away.

Though it’s called pudding, the texture is more like a mousse—super creamy and smooth. I’m guessing they use a lot of cream and white chocolate.

The matcha flavor is by far the best I’ve ever had, especially in the premium max version. It’s intense but doesn’t have that bitter edge.

One thing to note: don’t eat this too late at night. I had my premium one around 10:30 PM and couldn’t fall asleep until 2 AM because the matcha...
