Just a heads up for international travelers, BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL WITH THIS RESTAURANT. —This is my first Google map comment in the past decade.
I should say the owner of the restaurant was tried to cheat me with money.
My wife and I ordered 2 tempura courses and we ended up changed one of them to sushi course. When we pay the bill, the owner strongly insisted that we should pay 3 courses, while we just got 2(after all, why you need to pay for the food that didn’t serve?).
After an unhappy explanation, the owner said “let me check with the case machine” and then immediately turn back to agree with my statement, which means paying for TWO courses. And the owner showed NO apologies to us.
In sum, horrible experience. I don’t recommend this...

A gentleman, who I cannot say if he is the owner or not, but appeared to be, enthusiastically presented the entire menu to us. He explained about the handmade soba noodles produced in the same building and the sake served, which is typical of the region. The food was delicious and generously portioned! I would definitely come back! Thank you!
P.S. I would recommend adding the restaurant name on the facade in a version that is not in Japanese alphabet as well, as I really wanted to review you and it was very difficult to locate on Google Maps. Also, it doesn't appear in the restaurant filter when searching for nearby restaurants...
