The dining environment was clean and intimate. There is a great view into the kitchen, where you can see the chefs in action. Overall, the presentation and introduction of each plate personally by the chef really elevates the entire experience. My meal started off with some fresh & light carrot soup. Then, came the king fish with a combination of local farm-fresh vegetables. After the refreshing start, I had the soi white fish with daikon sauce, which was so tender and juicy.
