Absolutely amazing spring rolls run by a wonderfully friendly and motivated owner! There is real dedication placed into these spring rolls, well worth making a trip out of your way to try them! I ordered a selection of 6 including the original flavour, curry and cheese flavour and the monthly flavour. I have to say, my highlights were definately the original and curry flavour. All the spring rolls are freshly fried to order, delicious crisp golden crust but soft and perfectly cooked interior. The original flavour has a generous amount of filling, loved the beansprouts which had taken on the flavour of the filling nicely. Likewise the curry flavour was exceptional, just the right amount of cheese to help add some creaminess to the rich curry sauce. The food was amazing, but I must also highlight the service as exceptional. The owner was nice, offered us samples of the original flavour and packed an additional hoba miso flavour roll before we left. I can only admire the dedication the owner has put into the shop, from the wonderful spring rolls to the ergonomic takeaway boxes to the logo for the shop. Th boxes are marked with stickers to show which spring roll is what flavour in a diagram form and the boxes are sealed with tape which is also easy to open on the go without having to pick at the tape for ages. It really just goes to show the amount of thought that has been put into the small details. Please visit this shop if you're ever in the Kanezawa area, you won't be disappointed!

う、う、美味すぎる〜！金沢に突如現れたテイクアウトの春巻き専門店、真っ赤なキッチンカーが目を惹きます( ◠‿◠ ) 出迎えてくれるのは陽気で柔かな物腰の佐藤さん親子。話を聞くと、お母さんが昔から息子さんやお友達に家で振る舞っていた、春巻きの味を金沢に全国に広げていきたく、息子さん発案でキッチンカー販売を始めたのだとか…その開業ストーリーも素敵☆ 春巻き専門店だけあって、その味は格別で特別。揚げたてパリパリの皮にトロトロっと優しく絡む中の餡。 「いつもの」と名付けられた、まさに母の味が絶妙。シャキシャキの具材にどこか懐かしい味付け。確かにココで食べる春巻きが「いつもの」食べたくなるスタンダードになるかもしれない。 そのほかの味は「しょうが」「大葉みそ」「カレー」「チーズ」と、なるほど春巻きとしては食べたことない驚きの素材がゴロッと食べやすく入っていて、口の中でホワッと広がっていく。 子どもから大人まで自分のお気に入りが見つかりそう(^.^) 春巻きって家でイチから作るのは面倒だし、中華料理屋さんでたまに食べるくらいだったから、専門店としてキッチンカーが街中を駆け回ってくれたら、気軽に食べられる機会が増えて嬉しいかも！

Tried the いつもの type from their food truck at a festival and I’m sold. One of the best 春巻き I’ve ever eaten. The mother and son team are also incredibly kind.

The day before I purchased food from his truck, my family was at another festival where my daughter started to have a meltdown. Within just a few moments, the owner called my daughter and I over to his truck. Without expecting anything in return, he simply offered her a small children’s snack to calm her down. I am so glad we happened upon the truck again the next day at another location and could help repay his kindness (and get to taste the delicious spring rolls!) I look forward to visiting the shop to try the other...
