This is a beautiful cafe with phenomenal bento style food. I would highly recommend this place for lunch or a quick caffeine top up. I got the fried oyster set meal which was delicious in itself with excellent pairings and salads. The coffee was solid and it's in a convient location around beautiful gardens and close to the castle. A classic example of the best spots in Japan are always tucked one street back from the main...

This place was EXACTLY what we were looking for while spending the day walking around exploring Kanazawa. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff are kind and welcoming and speak some English, and the food was stellar. At first I wasn't sure about this spot with the motorbike out the front. Then we saw a bunch of grandma's inside having lunch. So we gave it a go and we are so glad we did. Simple menu with curry sets as their speciality. Wonderful food and lovely service. Made us feel very welcome. The whole family loved it. Thank you!

At first I wasn't sure about this spot with the motorbike out the front. Then we saw a bunch of grandma's inside having lunch. So we gave it a go and we are so glad we did. Simple menu with curry sets as their speciality. Wonderful food and lovely service. Made us feel very welcome. The whole family loved it. Thank you!
