Count your skewers. An order of two skewers didn't come, but the cooking staff insisted it did. Only one waiter agreed that it did not come after he counted the skewers. There is no reason for us to lie about an order not coming. I imagine they gave the order to someone else. I ordered one more of the same order, and that also did not arrive. In the end, the order didn't even come at all and the cooks did not acknowledge their mistake and didn't even give the receipt to my friend. We likely unknowingly paid for those orders that did not come. In every restaurant I have been to Japan, they always ask if you want the receipt. The food takes a long time to come, definitely the slowest service I have received in the 10 years I have lived in Japan. From my personal experience, I do not recommend eating here. Had a good lunch in a cosy environment here. Food came in fast even though it was lunch time. Prices are very good (competitive with donburi chain stores) and quantity is enough for a lunch. They also offer a bunch if small dishes for order if you need some more. Specializes in chicken but also has pork, beef and salads...

Great meal here! Can’t fault it at all. Staff were friendly and helpful; food was reasonably priced and very delicious! Atmosphere was warm and the place was crowded but nicely so. Smoking is allowed, so that was the only minus point for me, but will certainly go again. Thoroughly recommend...
