I went to this restaurant with a friend from France! I was surprised to hear that this place has become super popular recently. My friend was also very satisfied. The bathroom was incredibly clean, and the service was outstanding. It might be expected, but it still impressed me. Everything we ate was delicious, and after having a bite of meat for the first time in a while, I ended up ordering white rice (lol). The meat's fat mixed with the rice was so good that I couldn't stop eating. I finished all the white rice I ordered with the fillet, so I restrained myself to just the meat when I had the sirloin. And then there’s the garlic rice, what is this? It's not greasy, not dry, perfectly fluffy, yet moist. I think it's the best garlic rice in Sannomiya. Even though I ate so much, I finished it in no time. Then we moved to a different seat to enjoy dessert while looking over the streets of Sannomiya. The homemade Basque cheesecake was incredibly delicious! I would buy it if they sold it. I’m glad I chose this place for my first teppanyaki in a while and feel proud of myself for making the decision. The salad here is truly delicious. They have a selection of grilled items you can choose from, like scallops, cod milt, and fish soup (I think). I chose the scallops and cod milt. The scallops were sweet, large, and plump, while the cod milt was rich and incredibly tasty. And the Kobe beef tart, it was just unbelievably good! I wish they offered it as a standalone item. The Kobe beef was generously piled on top, mixing with the tart and cheese, and I finished it in a flash. Now, the main meat dish was beyond delicious, just beautiful! This is what delicious Kobe beef is all about. The sweetness of the fat and the firm yet tender bite, which melts in your mouth, was extraordinary. I’m really glad I came to this restaurant. I want to...

We ordered the chef's recommendation set, and it's amazingly delicious. The set includes an entree, salad, foie gras and scallops (these 2 are chosen from 4 different selections), veggie, a dish in western and eastern fusion, the steak (either from 120g of sirloin or 80g of tenderloin), rice and pickles, soup, coffee, and dessert. The overall amount of the set is quite sufficient.
What amazed me most are the foie gras and steak. Foie gras is slightly crispy on the outside but creamy and tender on the inside, and the flavor and aroma are strong and sensational. The steak is so tender, juicy, and it just melts in your mouth with the exact matureness handled by the chef.
One of the enjoyments of dining in Teppanyaki restaurant is to be able to watch the performance from the chef taking serious care of your food. It's an art combining with techniques and dedication. Indeed an amazing culinary experience at...
Read moreIf you're after an authentic Kobe beef experience, don't pass up this restaurant. Booking the set menu online was a breeze, and finding the restaurant was just as easy. We had seats right at the teppanyaki table, which allowed us to watch the chef masterfully prepare our meal right before our eyes. The highlight, of course, was the Kobe beef, which was exceptionally tasty. They offered various sauces, but I'd recommend just using a bit of salt and perhaps a slice of garlic to enhance the flavors without overshadowing the natural taste of the beef.
The only downside was our adventurous choice in wine. We decided to try a local wine, which unfortunately wasn't to my liking, but it was still a worthwhile experience. After the main course, the staff escorted us to another room for dessert, where we enjoyed a stunning night view of Kobe from the eighth floor. Overall, it's a must-visit for a top-notch...
