Pinocchio — Restaurant in Kobe

Slow, terrible food, and overpriced. Made me feel sickly and bloated afterwards. Dear reader, if I can steer you away from eating at Pinocchio and trying any number of other places in Kobe, this review will not be a waste. Try the excellent Azzuri (if you can get a seat) or even the mediocre Mont D'Orr and you'll be better off. When Pinocchio opened, I'm sure they had less competition when they opened in 1962 but now, this level of food is unacceptable. Firstly, we waited for almost an hour for our food when we had the only order going in the kitchen and while I watched the cook chatting on the phone for far too long in a professional setting. Secondly the food was pretty bad. The pizza crust is like what you might get from the frozen section of the supermarket to make a biscuit or a pie crust. The pizza is small and smothered with cheese- in this case, its not a good thing. The pasta was not great either. We left feeling bloated and unsatisfied and paying a rather steep bill. Avoid this place. They have a lot of work to do to improve and it shouldn't be you...

A must visit for any Haruki Murakami fans. Or pizza fans. Or seafood fans. Founded in 1962, this Italian restaurant isn’t your average authentic Italian restaurant. However, don’t let that deter you! The owner kindly gave me a complimentary mimosa, and explained the menu. With no regrets, I ordered the seafood pizza which was mouth watering. The jazz lightly playing in the background was a wonderful touch. I look forward to my next Kobe visit to come here again. It was the beginning to a magical evening. Recommend...

店内装飾は素晴らしく、料理も美味しい (値段を考えると普通かもだが) ただ、ホール＆カウンターの女子大生バイトさんが凄かった

県外から水族館帰り、14時半辺りの来訪

まず来店時、 全てのお客さんに判で押したように「奥へどうぞ～」言うのだが、案内が雑でカウンターの奥か対面席の奥の事か分からない。 ちなみに机の間隔も狭く女性でも通りにくい

次に水が出てこない 注文を終え「お冷やで大丈夫です」と言うまで出ない(こういうシステム？) ちなみに当日屋外はなかなかの暑さ、早く水をおくれよ

出された水が人肌にぬるい ぬるい水に氷を入れてるのだろう 氷が効くまで只のぬるい水 そして店名が入った立派なコースターがちゃんとあるのになぜか使ってくれない。 (暫くして存在に気付き自分で乗せた)

バイトが3人居るが、特にカウンター内の2人が大声で喋り通し+客に隠さずにスマホ見っ放し。 終始そうなので注文しにくい

お冷の追加を頼む まず空になった事には当然気付かない。 接客よりスマホの方がが大事なので一瞬面倒そうな顔 出てきた水は今度は氷無し。赤ちゃんも納得の人肌温度♨ そしてコースターの真ん中どころか半分程度はみ出してコップを置く(なぜ？)

ようやく食べだすと、カウンター内から突如「いただきまーす♪」 え？(驚)、カウンター内でまかない飯でも食べるの？？

全てが遅いが空いた皿の撤去だけは早い。 ちなみにホコリ入るしコップの上に覆いかぶさらんで欲しい、何だったらそのコップの水もまた無くなりかけなんだから継ぎ足しに気付いて欲しい

お値段だが安くはない、まぁ地域で言ったら値段設定もこんなもの？ だが、それもあくまで最低限のサービスを提供されてが大前提。 各料理から接客料300円ずつ割り引いて欲しい、割と本気で(笑

ちなみに個人的意見だが、サラダ系は余りに量と値段の釣り合い(俗に言うコスパ)が悪すぎるので、よっぽど欲しいとかでなければ一考の余地あり。 ２５０円くらいで作れそうな物が１２００円として出てくる(あくまで個人的意見)

店内には震災・コロナの2災害を乗り越えた名店である事を評する市長さんの認定証が燦然と飾られていたが‥

確かに昼時過ぎても絶えず来店客の来る素晴らしい内装と味の店なのだろうが、果たしてトータルそれに見合う物を提供できているのか考えて欲しい

勿論、20歳前後の人間が働くならある程度は自分で仕事の常識を判断する必要はあろうだが‥それでもやはり雇う側の大人も一線を越えた態度には指導を入れるべきでは？と思う

場所柄、千円に届くかという駐車料金を機械に払い込みながらそんな事を考えてた炎天下の昼下がり

しかしピノッキオピザは食べ応えあってまぁ良...
