Must Visit Cafe - Kochi City, Shikoku Japan This was really an AMAZING !!! find Cafe when visiting the Southern Island of Shikoku in Kochi City. Very close to the Famous Kochi Castle this was roughly a 10 minute walk away and after visiting the Castle we needed some Coffee plus some afternoon tea. We loved finding this place and was warmly welcomed by the two owners of the Cafe. This is a Book Library style Cafe with a selection of personally chosen books by the owners that customers can read while enjoying the Cafe. They have freshly ground bean hand drip by order Coffee, selection of various Teas, bottled juice plus other various cold & hot drinks available. For the food options they have Lunch Set Specials including when we visited Chicken Macaroni Gratin or Beef Curry which within the set price includes a salad and small mini dessert. Sweets options they had three styles of Cheesecakes, Coffee Jelly served with a sugar syrup & cream plus a seasonal special Strawberry Parfait. As we had already had lunch earlier we decided on one of Owner’s recommendation selection of Basque Cheesecake plus the limited special Strawberry Parfait to share. The atmosphere of this Cafe was so relaxing and comfortable especially with the Jazz Music playing in the background, the very tasty food, freshly drip coffee plus of course mainly the customer service attitude and feeling from the two owners plus the young female cook in the kitchen who also delivered the parfait to us. This is definitely a place to try if visiting Kochi City and especially if nearby the Kochi Castle. 5+ ⭐️ Rating All Round for this Place !!!

ひっそりとある落ち着く空間。 店の開戸を開けたら靴箱があり、 中がすぐ見えなくて 不安になりましたが、 中は本や雑貨が置かれた 喫茶店でした。 店内は広くなく、大人数で利用するよりか 1人や少人数のお店です。 片隅に企画展があり、 置かれたものはその都度変わるようです。 本も読むことができます。 コーヒーと一緒に ビスコッティをいただきましたが、 ざくざくして美味しかったです。 土佐女子の同窓会館？の建物のようですが、 それに関係なく入店できます。

高校生の娘の面談に向かう途中で見つけたカフェです。 お茶とお菓子と本、と書いた看板がなければ通り過ぎてしまいそうなほど控えめな間口。おそるおそる声をかけて扉を開けてみると。。。そこには外観からは想像もつかない、 ほっこりした温かい空間がありました。 学生のみなさん、お勉強もOKだそうですよ😆 塾や習い事、部活の時間調整などでちょっと小腹がすいているときにいいですね。ジンジャーエール、手作りのスコーンとジャム、ビスコッティ、何をいただいてもおいしいかったです。読書が好き、カフェが好き、絵本に出てくるキャラクター雑貨大好き❤という方はぜひどうぞ！ 月・金・土・日の12:00〜...
