I was the last customer to enter this restaurant at 1615hrs. I felt guilty to be the one. However, the staff were very kind and understanding. They informed me that they can still serve desserts (but not the main course). I order red bean dessert with mochi and sweet potato. It was delicious! I love this Japanese dessert and will always buy it if I chance upon it.

A Japanese cafe that is always crowded with girls. Lunch is also good. I was advised to go alone. It is a beautiful Japanese style renovation interior. The second floor is a table where you can take off your shoes and relax. Lunch is a beautiful lunch with many items. There is a wide variety of Japanese-style sweets and tea, and it is very popular. いつも女子で、混んでる和カフェ。ランチもいいよ。と勧められて一人で行きました。キレイな和風リノベーション内装です。二階は靴を脱いで寛げるテーブル。 ランチは品数多い綺麗なランチ。 和風スイーツやお茶も種類豊富で、流石人気あるわけだ。

はじめて利用させていただきました。 たまたま対応された方が、新人さんだったためかわかりませんが、どんなトラブルもマイペースに対応されるお店でした。

3名で利用させて頂いたのですが、食事メニュー3つとアフターサービスで本日のお茶というものを3つ注文して、食事が2つしか来なかったため、注文が通っているかの確認をしたところ、案の定注文が通っていませんでした。

注文の確認ミスでオーダーが通っていなかったと言うことを侘びにも来ず平然と食事を遅れてもって来たことに対してびっくりしたこと。

また、同じメニューを頼んだはずなのに、1人だけお茶(本日のお茶とは別の食事セットに含まれているもの)がついていなかったため、ついていないことを店員さんへ伝えたにも関わらず、その後お店を出るまでもってくることもなく、誰一人として謝罪をすることもなく終わったため。

非常に残念な思いでいっぱいです。
