The following up front. I know, that this is not a high end restaurant but offers less expensive seafood on a 24h basis and therefore only medium quality is to be expected.

But this was definitely the worst seafood I had in my many trips to a lot of cities in Japan over the last ten years. It even beat the one shop in Osaka... The Sashimi was mushy, two of the three pieces of fatty tuna had a thick layer of tough membrane across the whole piece. I was unable to chew through. The octopus was extremely chewy and tasteless. The squid and scallop sashimi were mushy and tasted old and fishy. The grilled jaw was also bland and had a very unpleasant, fishy smell and taste. The edamame was pretty good though.
