Excellent horse meat restaurant. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. We came without reservations after being turned away from several restaurants, who refused to serve us without reservations and who were also not family friendly. Portions are really large here. The grill was the highlight. Staff were extremely informative about how to best appreciate each type of meat presented, with it’s respective seasonings. Dining groups were well separated from each other with privacy screens. Alcohol served here, but they still accept young kids to dine-in. If I could i will give this restaurant zero point, the counter staff really made us very uncomfortable. His attitude made us feel that we can't afford to having a meal at this restaurant during the whole dining time. And about the food quality is just okay... not impressed at all. If you really want to eat horse meat, maybe you could try another branch at 銀座通, just 2 mins from this branch, you don't need to suffer the staff's bad attitude. This is my worst dining...

If you're looking for high quality horse meat or chevaline, this place is it. Had 6 different cuts of sakuraniku and a few skewered that tasted almost like beef but different. You gotta try it for your self. Very classy atmosphere and everything is ordered on a ipad for convenience. The dishes are excellently presented and delivered to your table within minutes. Some may not be completely thawed but...
