A very welcoming traditional style trattoria. The staff were great and attentive, can see why the business has been around over 40 years from reading other comments! The meals were excellent too- the soup particularly was very fresh and definitely not the usual standard Minestrone you get at many places. Garlic bread also was very well balanced with garlic and oil. Highly recommend this place for authentic Italian food in Kumamoto.

This place can be totally recommended! The menu is available in English and there was staff available speaking English. We were kindly accommodated as a group of 6 without a reservation for dinner on Tuesday evening, having nice meal, drinks and dessert. Service was fast, food was good.

Loved the experience. Warm greeting right as you walk in. Prompt service too! They were very accommodating to a vegan/vegetarian diet. I asked questions about items on the menu and they were quick to explain and quite patient too. I must also say that they were very attentive as well.

友人の50歳の誕生日祝いで初めて利用しました。¥4,200のコースを注文しましたが、内容の選び方がすぐには把握できず年配のスタッフにお尋ねしたところ、イライラした感じで対応され、入店してすぐ嫌な気持ちになりました。その日は友人の節目の誕生日だったので気持ちを切り替えて食事を楽しむことに専念しましたが、接客が徹底しておらず、料理の置き方も雑で音が大きかったのでとても気になりました。食事中にブラシで擦るような音がして掃除しているような音が聞こえたり、若手のスタッフを指導される声が客に聞こえるのも雰囲気が壊れました。お水は頻繁に注ぎに来てくださいますが、お水がコップ半分くらいのところで注ぎに来られるので回数が多すぎるのと、たまに無言で注がれるところ、そして背後から至近距離でコップを取られるのが気になりました。デザートのお皿を引くタイミングも早く、客に早く帰ってほしいというサインのように感じました。おそらく若手スタッフの方々はまだ慣れておらず、一生懸命されている感じは受け取れたので、それは今後指導されて成長するものだと思います。ただ、最後にカードで支払いを済ませたあと、年配のスタッフから領収証が必要か聞かれ、クレジットカード払いはそのレシート（クレジットカード売上票のこと）が出ないと言われたので、領収証は手書きですか？とお尋ねしたところ、手書きではなく印字されたものが出ると言われたので、では（印字されたレシートを）くださいと伝え、いただきました。そうしたら、なぜ手書きだとダメなのかを聞かれました。なのでお手間を掛けるといけないので、と答えたところ、仕事ですのでそれは構いませんよと言われました。それはよかったのですが、そもそもなぜ手書きがダメなのかと聞かれたことについて嫌な気持ちがしました。本来、どちらを選んでも客の自由だと思います。お店を出る直前でまた嫌な気持ちになったので、もう2度と行くことはないと思いました。もしかしたら悪気はないのかもしれませんが、もっとおもてなしの心を磨いていただかないと熊本の接客の評価がガタ落ちです。県外や海外からの方々にも恥ずかしくない熊本のおもてなしの心を提供していただきたいです。お料理はおいしかっ...
