Terrible service. Avoid it if you are tourist.

After I ordered 2 same sets, I asked whether the set is for one person or two people, the senior waitress pointed at the menu and said “for two”, and she asked if I wanted to cancel the other one. I said yes because we have two people so we better order just one set for two. But when the food arrived, we realized that the portion is definitely for one person only so I ordered a new set on the ipad (yes they don’t even take order manually).

After that, the waitress came to us immediately and asked “you just canceled one set, and now you order another?” I said yes. But why not if your set is not really a set for two? I understand that she might not be able to ask nicely in English since it is not commonly used in Japan. However, I do wish that she could have asked in a more polite manner. At least she could have used keigo when she speaks in Japanese.

If the restaurant is not ready to serve foreigners, I think they can simply put a notice outside. I don’t think there will be any problems since racism is almost legal in Japan (well, kind of). But if they want to make money from the tourist, I would suggest improving the service and hiring staff who can speak English to avoid miscommunication.

Not to mention the drunk woman in the next table kept yelling and talking loudly all night without anyone stopping her. By the way, the food was okay but I would not recommend this place since there are too many nice restaurants in Japan with good service. You don’t have to pay a high price while tolerating...

the worst experience (service) i’ve never had!!! We are total 6 ppl and 5 of us are Japanese and im foreigner. And this is not the 1st time we came to this restaurant. 5years ago was good.

We have booked the table for 6 and when we went into the restaurant, they arranged 5 seats for us, we told the staff we are total 6, they said: okay, if you want , we change to 6 for you (the women staff’s face reaction seems our fault and we make trouble to them)

And after that overall service was no good too. The teppanyaki chef like a robot, the hall staff (女将) grumpy face, no smile, not willing to serve. So much disappointed and its not cheap, it cost...

あくまでも個人的な感想ですが… はっきり言って、行く価値無し❗ 最低ランク❗だった‼️観光地だからしょうがないではないくらい(笑) 大切な方を、楽しんで頂こうと思って行きましたが… あ～残念‼️コースで \15000の値打ち⤵️⤵️⤵️まったく無し❗料理ではなく、接客が…まったくなってない(笑) ファミレスかと思う程だった、バイトがほとんどで、料理を食べた皿をかたずけるさいも、何も言わず❗雑に重ね 箸を落としても、変えもせず元に戻す‼️びっくりしました😱☀️最後のデザートの前も 紙のマット 箸を 自分達の前で…くしゃくゃに丸め ゴミ箱にそのまま放り込み びっくり😨どころか(笑)しかないくらいだった‼️好きで鉄板焼は、ホテル その他よく行くが‼️ クレーム言うのも…くらいだった‼️最低😢💨💨だった あっ❗ 料理人も鉄板で食材を焼くさいも、カニも肉も、雑に投げ置き 見た目も…って‼️あぁ～この店...
