This is our 4th visit to this restaurant. In all of our visits we've had a mostly pleasant experience especially service and atmosphere wise.
On our first visit, we were especially impressed by the food that we had recommended the place to other people. We love most of what we had ordered: the lamb ribs (a group favorite as it can be enjoyed by 4-5 people), the cucumber salad, tofu, stir-fried beef, spicy beef tripe & beef dumplings.
If there's any note I can give, I feel like the food tasted saltier than when we first had them (most recent was the tofu & stir fried beef) that it was quite overwhelming to eat without rice. Otherwise, I still had a pleasant experience up until that point.
I hope the restaurant can consider this as I'd still like to return to the restaurant someday and it's one of the very few halal restaurants that muslims around South Kyoto can visit.
Update: We made our return on 12/08 and the restaurant actually took our suggestion into consideration. The food we ordered (several menus were similar to our last visit) were perfectly seasoned, none were too salty. We're very grateful...
