Absolutely delightful restaurant. A beautiful, cosy restaurant offering up Italian dishes, many with a delightful twist from classic Italian. Only 2 people running this amazing place, the Chef and a beautiful, happy, efficient and friendly wait staff who did everything else. Her English was good enough to make communication very easy. The food was fresh and tasty. Pasta was hand made and cooked perfectly. Lovely ambience and with only a few tables and couple of seats at the bar, it’s the perfect place for intimate dining. Nothing is rushed. They only do one sitting and allow you to take your time and enjoy your meal. Recommend making a reservation. They are also open for lunch. Very reasonably priced. Was so impressed with our experience I returned with a small gift of appreciation I had bought from New Zealand. Made my last night in Kyoto so special....

I found this cute Italian restaurant and was so happy I did. It's run by a Michelin chef, and you can really feel the care in everything from the food to the ambiance. The space is beautifully decorated and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming.

I ordered a simple garlic and pepper pasta and it was absolutely delicious. The pasta was handmade, perfectly cooked, and was so fresh. I also had the caramel gelato for dessert and it was just as wonderful.

Honestly incredible! The restaurant is owned by the sweetest 2 people. There is so much care that goes into the food and the owner makes everything from scratch. You can tel that that the pasta is fresh and homemade.
