The restaurant says they’re open till 9pm online, but they started turning customers away at 7:15 onwards despite having seating inside. My friend went to go ask if we needed a number ticket when queuing outside to which the staff lady shouted rudely at her to go wait outside and didn’t even answer the question. Stood in the queue for 40mins and then realised we did need a number ticket per group, so I went to go ask her for one politely and told her table for two people. She hands me the ticket without saying anything but then when my friend comes she goes the ticket is only for one person to eat alone despite having seen me and my friend earlier? She also asked if I was first in line rudely and I was confused to why she was asking because visibly yes? We got a ticket finally as the last customers but she then turned all other customers away even though they had capacity to sit 8 more people or 4 more pairs when we got inside. The food itself was delicious, we got the wagyu beef ramen and the spicy chicken ramen. Then when it came time to pay the bill, one they didn’t show us the bill just asked us to tap our card. 1. I tapped my card and got a notification saying the payment went through, but the same lady said it didn’t - I was happy to pay again but I was questioning are you sure because here is the notification on my phone? That lady was being polite but another one of the hijabi staff ladies (we’re hijabi too) rudely interrupted and starts shouting out of nowhere. Rudely says their machine does that sometimes for foreign cards and I need to tap again (which I had already calmly told the previous lady I was happy to do so I didn’t get why she was interfering out of nowhere), she then tells me oh if the bank takes the money from me twice I should then contact the restaurant on insta for a refund the next day or whenever and they’ll try refund? 2. My friend was still suspicious why the bill was a lot (1000s) higher than the menu when we had only got two ramens (as per price shown on menu) and was still asking to see the contents of the bill before I tapped the card again but that rude hijabi lady started shouting again that we’ll get the transaction receipt after we pay showing the amount and we explained we want to see what the charges were not the amount. She was so rude and I don’t like confrontation/ruining an atmosphere so I just tapped my card again but the staff’s attitude definitely made this restaurant the worst one I visited in all the cities in Japan despite the good tasting food. The chef was lovely though and he was very...
Read moreMy visit to this Halal ramen establishment fell short of expectations. The initial interaction with the staff set a negative tone, as the request to wait for an hour was delivered in an unfriendly and impatient manner. The staff member's tone and language didn't align with the respectful and considerate principles associated with Halal establishments.
As the anticipated hour passed and seating became available, the experience didn't improve. The rushed seating process, coupled with the unwarranted threat of forfeiting the table if friends didn't arrive promptly, created unnecessary tension. Additionally, the misinformation about the limited time to occupy the table added to the confusion and discomfort.
The physical constraints of the restaurant further contributed to dissatisfaction. Limited room to move around and tight seating arrangements detracted from the overall dining experience. The atmosphere, a crucial aspect of customer satisfaction, was unfortunately compromised by these tight quarters.
In summary, my experience at this Halal ramen spot was overshadowed by poor customer service, an uncomfortable seating process, and cramped conditions. I sincerely hope that the management takes these concerns seriously to enhance the overall experience for future patrons.
Regarding the food, I opted for the Spicy Ramen, which included the standard Ramen accompanied by a side I dared not try. While the broth was delectable, the unappetizing appearance and taste of the chicken were notable drawbacks. Despite the fine quality of the ramen, the subpar service makes it unlikely for...

(+) pros Big portion Broth was superb Noodle texture was great for me Wagyu Rice was very tasty, the juice from the beef that combined with the rice was delightful Service was quick The toilet was very clean and fragrant Cool decorative element maybe because this is premier branch Halal certified restaurant make it safe for muslim traveler to be able to try authentic ramen
(-) cons Sharing seat is too close, there is no space for you to come out if you are in the end of the table near the wall. If you have finished your food, you have to ask the people beside you to stand and give you a way to go out while they are still enjoying their food, which is very disturbing for them Just make it easier by organizing the seat same as the Osaka branch. Such as open kitchen seat or make all of the seat facing the wall so it can increase the comfortness of the customer without feeling guilty by interrupting others meal just to go out I think the queuing system should be improved because it is difficult to watch over your email or keep refreshing reservation page. I dont mind to stand in front of the restaurant if I had to, instead of being skipped because of the bad signal or because I didnt receive the confirmation email The friendliness should be improved. Because we had bad experience with the staff when reserving the place and when proceeding our payment. The voice tone and gesture could be kinder/friendlier than we’ve experienced back then The price is higher may be because of...
