So I gotta clarify, the food was great, i stuffed myself silly but there are caveats to that. I was seated on the first floor, and while that may not seem like something noteworthy, i stress this because I don't know whether they were short staffed or if the first floor server is always left to fend for themselves like that. The poor guy (the day i was there) was left to handle incoming customers, answering phone calls, bussing, prepping orders (I assume), and delivering both drink and food orders. Understandably he was overwhelmed, and while it took a while, my food all came out and it was delicious. I heeded another reviewer's warning about needing Line (app) to order, but i ended up having to order through a QR code, I don't know if it worked off the bat because I had already set up my line account or if it didn't need it to begin with. Unfortunately I can't recommend the all you can drink menu. The server that sat me, who was probably at the end of his shift, was very stern about their 1 drink 1 cup rule, where you can only have 1 cup empty or full on your table at any given time. This must have applied to water too cause i ordered one with my lemon sour and it didn't come out. The server that was his relief was more lax about it and brought me drinks as soon as i finished them or if they were half way through but since this was towards the end of my time limit i only really got to have like 4 drinks in total. I was happy with the food so that made up for the small amount of drinks I was able to order. Next time I'll just stick to water. Everybody seemed to be enjoying themselves there and they had the latest anime openings playing in the background, which if you didnt know, is music that is very easy to vibe to. All in all i would say come for the food, the drink menu is a bit of a gamble, try your luck or pregame. If you can't read Japanese don't order the premium/excellent menu! A lot of the items are lost in translation on the QR menu, aside from the beef tongue I don't know if I ordered anything else from the...
Read moreAfter reading reviews online about the slow service I was a little hesitant to come. However my experience was actually quite great. The service was fast and the food quality was delicious. Staff were very helpful, polite and kind.
If you come here, when you are seated you need to scan the qr code to order. Important to notice that you can only order 5 Dishes at a time. So order 5, then you can quickly keep ordering, even right after you just sent your order of 5 Dishes. But only 5 at a time. Following this rule, received absolutely everything we ordered. The app even tell you your time limit, and the staff also comes to tell you when you have the last 10 minutes to finish your order. The food was very good, highly recommend all the beef and pork dishes. ( minus the organ ones, I am personally not a fan so I didn't order them. But all Dishes that I did order were absolutely wonderful). Truly enjoyed the yuzu sorbet. Taking a look at the menu before arriving definitely speeds up your decision making when you are seated and...
Read moreThis is an all-you-can eat yakiniku buffet, where you cook your own meats to eat. The time limit was 100 minutes, with the last order being 70 minutes after you started, which was adequate to cook and eat all of the meats at least once and go for second round for selected meats. The buffet is affordable at slightly less than 3000 yen for dinner. In addition, the service was prompt and friendly, with food being served quickly, sauces being given without being prompted, and plates being cleared quickly. Moreover, the meats were marinated very well and were very juicy, so I enjoyed everything on the menu. Also, the charcoal stove gave a slight smoky taste to the meats and cooked the meats very quickly. However, you can only order using the LINE app, which was troublesome for people without an account like me. Also, the place is quite smoky, and the smoke may stick to your clothes. Nevertheless, I enjoyed...
