Amazing Starbucks with views to rokkakudo temple and a beautiful garden with little sculptures. Beverages are Starbucks Japan’s standard which means they are very good, specially matcha. Unfortunately, service depends on luck. I speak Japanese and even though they made a mistake with the milk, and the Barista, which seems to be very stressed by the long line, did not accept well her coworker mistake, and remade the beverage with bad attitude. Minutes earlier also was talking with a client about difference between Japanese and non Japanese clients… Please, Japanese is not that complicated, and many people around the world understand it. It is very bad manners to speaks about you clients in front of them thinking they won’t understand you… it shows terrible manners, and it is not what is expected from Japanese omotenashi service. I do understand many people from abroad are disrespectful, but there are thousand of many others that are polite and that try hard to adapt therselves to Japanese rules, culture and even, like me, language. I really hope they change this behavior, as it is a shame that it made the...

The staff was very kind and served complementary cake bits for the people stuck there. The staff was very kind and served complementary cake bits for the people stuck there. The only small negative is that there is no bathroom in store but you have to go up a floor in the building... apart from that, it's a great Starbucks!
