I visited twice. Seems like a family-owned business. They are very serious about coffee. They blend their own mix of beans and prepare the coffee in glass beakers with bunsen burners, one cup at a time. The man and the woman who served me were helpful with my language deficit. I ate toast and a hard boiled egg. Everything was delicious, and the price was good. With 2 cups of coffee, breakfast was just ¥800. Local men seem to sit down here with their newspapers and get "their usual" with no speaking. The air was clean and fresh inside. After reading reviews about smoking, I was on the lookout for ashtrays or any odors. Did not see anything like that. However, there is a sign on the front window that says this is a smoking area.

Great cafe!! Very delicious - we had ham sandwiches! Also super cheap for the quality of food! Amazing atmosphere, kind staff and very authentic. Can smoke inside which is awesome for those who smoke! Food comes super fast and I would 100%...
