Great Japanese style bagels (softer than US style bagels and slightly smaller) if you're in the area - visiting the Kyoto concert hall or Kyoto Botanical Gardens. Good place to pick-up breakfast before heading to either place. They have simple bagel sandwiches like smoked salmon and cream cheese. It's a cute, little local shop worth visiting if you're in the area. The spinach bagel and the onion bagel are my favorites. I wish they a few more flavors. This shop has been around 13 years, and apparently is a local favorite for those...

Yum yum yum scrumdiliumptious!! I got the spinach bagel with smoke salmon and cream cheese. The bagels are on the small side but are perfect for breakfast... And OOOF the texture is on point ✊

Also got an iced latte and it tasted really good. Love the logo and the cute but simple aesthetic of the shop. There are two tiny benches where you can sit and eat, but no big eating area.

There is a bathroom readily accessible by the front entrance as well. Will definitely go back and get two sandwiches...

The bagels are actually super tasty. Both the bread and the fillings. I normally get a savory and sweet one. It sells out quick though because they are small and popular and often closes early due to running out of food. A good sign! Be there before 12pm. Might have to wait 15 mins for bagels. Limit of 5 per order. Each about 500-600¥. Some savoury and sweet. Meats. Salmon. Can phone...
