Came to this restaurant several times when I lived in the area. Super convenient, right next to the subway station and botanical garden. One of my favorite local chains.
This place is very family-friendly. Lots of parents come here with their kids as there are tons of kid-friendly food options. They also provide high chairs if necessary.
The staff here have always been wonderful. They’re very helpful and bring out the orders quickly. I really appreciated it when one staff member complimented my outfit. She was so sweet!
The restaurant itself is very big and spacious. Tons of seating so I’ve only had to wait one time when it was particularly busy. Otherwise, I’ve always been seated immediately. If you purchase the drink set, you can get any drink you’d like at the drink bar (self-service). It’s all-you-can-drink. Water is free.
I’ve had several menu items at this restaurant but my favorite by far was the omurice with cream sauce, crabmeat, and a bit of black caviar on top. It came with a small hamburger on the size and one shrimp tempura. I didn’t expect the egg and rice to pair so well with the crab and cream sauce, but it was fantastic. Their desserts are really good too. The prices are a little high though.
Royal Host is a great spot for almost anyone! There are tons of menu options and the staff are wonderful....
Read moreNice, simple and relatively cheap place to eat with the family, although there are slightly more expensive options on the menu. Food is consistent in quality, & you get what you see on the menu. Most of the menu is burger (hamburger steak) or real beef steak, some pork steak, but there are also a few other dishes such as pasta, fried potato, and omelette rice etc. There’s a child’s menu too. Sometimes they change the menus a little bit but they’ll always have steak, pasta and something for the children. Service is efficient. Definitely worth a visit if you’re...
Read moreThe family restaurant was similar to other restaurants under the same brand, except that it was located on the second floor. There was a private stairway outside the building, which patrons could walk upstairs. The menu and price were the same. The window side was bright. Carpark was available downstairs and was free of charge...
