Looking for a good ramen near KinkakuJi? Visit here They have free wifi connection, free slot to charge your electronic devices, free water and ocha, hot towel, and restroom (Japanese style one)

Menus are mainly ramen, with option of shoyu and miso, but the based is tonkotsu (yes, it is not Halal 100%). They also serve vegetarian ramen option. Other menus are gyoza, croquette, nugget, and curry rice Indian style They have special menus called gold dragon ramen, made with real gold

The place is easy to recognize, near Kinkakuji, they have Tripadvisor certificate of excellence. This place is quite spacious for a ramen shop, with approximately 30 chairs, and the serving is fast Japanese standard

Price is okay, ¥700 for medium standard size shoyu ramen, and they have set menu wih extra rice and other sides (gyoza, croquette, nugget)

Note: the special menu, gold dragon ramen, only available for 10 portions everyday

As a vegan family of five traveling through Japan, we were happy to find that this place offered several vegan options. I would recommend having a reservation because the space is limited. Four out of five of us really enjoyed our meals, but my experience was a bit different. I ordered the Veggie Shoyu ramen, which I thought was just okay. It didn’t have the depth of flavor I was hoping for. They also had a limited amount of fried soy meat available, with only two portions available even though we had originally wanted four. I was the only one who got the Veggie Shoyu ramen, so that might explain why the rest of my family had a more enjoyable experience. On the bright side for me, the veggie gyoza was quite good, and the variety of toppings available at the table was nice. For these reasons I would give this...

If I can take orders from the customers, memorise them, cook the previous orders, deliver the cooked dishes to the table, clear the tables for the next customers, print the bills of the customers from the memories without any paper notes and repeat these steps again not in the same order all on my OWN, I would be so proud. The owner of this establishment did them so easily and efficiently, while maintaining the quality of the dishes and the service.

When we went there, the restaurant was full (about 20 people on both tables and counter) and a few people were also waiting.

And, more importantly, when the dishes came out, it was all worth the wait. It may not be the best ever Ramen dishes, but they were really good quality ones. One should get the delicious Fried...
