I especially liked the fresh fukahire (rarely found anywhere else) done in an extremely thick clam based soup. Suzue san also recommended white wine and sake that went perfectly with the food. And on top of that, the utensils he used are museum art quality - we were eating while reading magazines that describe the very utensils right in front of us, made by 尟圢也山 300 years ago.
