4/5* This review is for the limited Mazesoba menu that will only run until March 31 I think, and this is my first time here, so this won't represent my full review and I'll return.
It's certainly a gentle taste for a mazesoba, I like the garlic to punch you way more and for it to be a little saltier perhaps. But the consistency of the noodles and the meat are incredible and it's certainly quite satisfying to eat, albeit as I said, lacking slightly in flavour. It's not what I'd call bland, but it's enough to not make you think that you're eating something and your mind would drift off elsewhere instead of focusing on the flavours. But...
