We’re staying at the hotel and decided to eat at the restaurant because we were too tired to go out. We ordered two mains and a side of truffle fries. The fries came before our drinks, even though they’re listed as a recommended side for the mains. One main eventually arrived—after we’d eaten the fries. The other never came.
When we asked, the waitress apologized about 17 times, ran off to get a translation app, and showed us a message that made no sense. I replied through the translator, but nothing was resolved, so I cancelled the dish.
We ordered the larger tapas plate instead, which took another 15 minutes to arrive. For nearly 2,000 yen, it came with two or three tiny pieces each of two kinds of charcuterie and four cheeses—one of them cheddar—plus a single slice of baguette. It felt like a joke.
The hotel gives guests a free drink with their stay, but if you eat at the restaurant, they won’t let you use it with your dinner. Only because they messed up our order did they take the drinks off the bill.
Staff speaks almost no English, barely pays attention to guests, and avoids eye contact. You have to ask for salt and pepper with your steak, and the pepper is pre-ground.

Read moreWorst wagyu meals ever. We each took the 2 primary wagyu steaks on the menu, but were sorely and utterly disappointed. They advertise everywhere that they serve wagyu, in the hotel, the lobby and on the street, but this is sadly the poorest steak we’ve eaten in a long time and we highly recommended everyone to stay away from their dinning and pick another place, even if you’re tired from a long trip or come across it in the area. This might be the poorest quality wagyu meat used for the meal, but everything in the dish was badly seasoned and badly cooked. Even the desert we ordered was dry and had nearly no taste at all. Looking around at the other tables that had ordered, some burgers, some salads, didnt seem thrilled and actually stopped eating the meat and burgers, to instead focus on the fries. Just find another place to dine, unless you want to spend money on being disappointed for the evening. Service was decent, but difficult to get in contact with and difficult to communicate with and the music from the hired DJ/Live is just a tad too loud. They didnt even bother to ask how the food was for any of the customers, not during the meal, after the meal or...
Read moreVery lovely, clean friendly and fast service.
They have a half brunch system where some items like coffee and cereal, you go up and take buffet style. On your table they have a smart system where you use a QR scan and order bigger food items eg a croissant sandwich with ham and cheese and then they will bring it to you table, you can even order half a croissant if you are not that hungry. What you order is also included in the buffet so you don't pay per item.
I recommend the lemonade 🍋
vegetarian options =yes ✅ vegan options = no❌(maybe there was one item on the menu, a avocado on scone. But I forgot to see/ask if there was egg in the scone, though there usually is so I assumed it is not vegan.)
You can pay with credit card here. We were 2 people...
