Pizza seemed to be pre prepared and reheated, was incredibly salty. Like really salty. Ravioli seemed to be frozen and reheated and it didn’t look like traditional ravioli. Was more like Sui Gyoza (boiled gyoza), the salad came last after pizza and ravioli (was nice tho). There was a guy smoking in the room, so if you don’t like smoking room better find another place. And if you don’t like salty pizza. Drinks were fine. The pasta on the table next to us also looked very cheap. The price for salad, pasta, ravioli and 2 drinks were 4,200 yen. This seemed to be like a high quality Italian restaurant but it is more like an expensive fast food restaurant.

Update: reading responses to the every bad review makes me feel like I understand why I didn’t like food and services. The review is made to make the owner to see customer’s experience and yet, it might hurt, but not because it is a lie, only because it is a subjective opinion, I wish the owner to grow up, become an adult and face the critics as you are no longer a kid to tell everyone be kind to you. It is not a sarcasm, it is a very strait opinion from a strait person. Salty pizza on a tiny dough, all of different sizes made me feel like it is not a whole pizza made by once but a lot of tiny slices, and even in Tokyo, a simple full size pizza is served for 1500 and never is that salty. Plus, if you want to have a nice restaurant, the most common rule - salad comes first is not a difficult thing. I would only understand if the place was super busy. So please, take the critics as a great chance to rethink your service and stop asking for deleting bad reviews. This is a public space that you have no power to control and it goes against Google policy. Good luck (again,...

The food was amazing for the speed at which it was served. I applaud the kind cook especially since it was hygienic and unique with a Japanese twist on Italian.

The service was the worst I had in Japan so far. The server forgot my order and the wait times for some simpler items like drinks or gelato were extremely long (~30 minutes). The server was extremely stressed out and would curse. I wanted a drink served a particular way but it was done whatever way they wanted. I didn’t complain because I noticed how busy they were with 4 groups and one server. I didn’t complain about any of this directly to them and just remained silent because of the tension in the air. I’d recommend patrons to be similarly patient and calm. I would only recommend this place for pizza and drinks in groups. It's not good for a single person since they don’t pay attention to you. I understand it can be stressful to handle four groups as one server. Perhaps hire one more waiter? I’d recommend the restaurant add fresh marshmallows to the...

Google reviews don't reflect it accurately - it's good cheap food but nothing to walk out of the way for as a traveler.

I want to say that the food was good, I went with group and we all were all craving salad and that was very much up to par for a japanese salad Was over all ok food.

The service wasn't great. We got one salad 5 minutes late and one pizza 10 minutes late (forgot to start it), which was just annoying. Our server took a break to go smoke while we were still waiting for a pizza. 1x comped drink would have made up for it.

The atmosphere was definitely cute and quant and if there was no smoking, I might have come back. But none of us knew that it was smoking ok and I think that it should be advertised.

Overall I think it has the potential to be good I just really think they should have advertised that...

Don't order the antipasto - we ordered it for 2 people costing 1500¥ and what we received was tiny and consisted of some soggy coleslaw, few pieces of odd white vegetable and 3 small bits of bread. We were really unimpressed and asked if there was anything else coming with it but were told that was it. We explained that was not antipasto and we wouldn't have ordered it if we knew we weren't getting the selection as shown in the photograph next to the menu listing. We asked for it to be taken off the bill but were told no, we asked to speak to the chef and explained it all again and she just said that was it and they wouldn't budge and that they were all part time. Really poor customer service. It's unfortunate as the pasta we ordered was actually pretty good - and cheaper than the so-called antipasto!
