Absolutely amazing experience. We arrived in Kyoto late and were so tired of carrying our backpacks we started looking into massage places. Found this gem! They accommodated us so quickly and after I made a mistake with the booking - replied so fast to fix the mistake to allow my husband to book. They were so kind, attentive, and amazing masseuses. They went through everything, I don’t think I’ve ever been so well taken care of. From the temperature of the room, to the essential oil choices, frequent check ins to ensure quality and relaxation, even a foot bath before beginning! The attention to detail is immaculate and we are so grateful. My husband is firm on returning before we leave Kyoto. We are so grateful, we highly recommend for all! They also sent us off with this lovely tea 🥰

Our only regret is not booking the hotel restaurants in advance. 2 hatted restaurants on site is so special…. We will be back. Suites have some beautiful feels throughout. Adore this wonderful hotel. Thank you for these treasured days, our family will keep them forever. Spa treatments - our remedial massages were a little light for us, yet, we’re grateful to have them along a sensational amount of available treatments. The essential oils were divine.

Nami found all the aching and sore spots on my back and legs and treated them well. It was a much needed respite after all the walking and stair climbing we did while sightseeing. This place feels like an oasis in the sweltering summer months of July/August

I had a great experience getting massage treatment. The staff is very courteous and the massage therapist did an excellent job. Decided last minute to indulge in the 120 massage and facial package while I was exploring the hotel’s 3rd floor area. I was able to book an appointment for next day. The experience was so calming and relaxing. My main concerns were body fatigue and mental rest. Saya was incredible; she worked through all my knots in my massage focusing on the areas we discussed. The facial was lovely too, they use a natural line that is also sold at the hotel shop. The essential oil scent combo (that you pick out yourself) made the experience even more special. I was glowing and my body felt completely relaxed. Recommend if you need to put a little pep back...
