Wow!! I was so surprised to stumble upon this humble vegetarian vegan catering restaurant. The staff were super kind and explained the menu to me. It is run by a super lovely and knowledgable Taiwanese obasan, who will happily talk to you about all the nutrition in the food!
The atmosphere is really calm and you can relax while eating and after eating too, whether you’re alone or with other people. There is a wide variety of food to choose from, and of course you can take away too.
All the prices are very reasonable, a lot cheaper than the vegan places in the city centre. It’s also a great place to find neighbourhood events and find a community of other vegans - they were advertising vegan cooking classes and had magazines etc. You can also buy frozen vegan food from here to take home and cook yourself if you need. If youre palate is evenly slightly refined and can appreciate wholesome home cooking, it's worth travelling from Tokyo or...

Not exceptional food but very homely, warming and felt very traditional flavours or influence of other cultures.
We also had the donuts (not photoed) but these were amazing! Absolutely loved them.
Water by default was barley tea when we went.
Service - like all vegan places in Japan - was slow as there was only one chef but they were very friendly....
