While we were unable to communicate much due to language barrier, the shop staff was attentive to us and also tried their best to communicate to us in English, on top of providing us with an English menu that made it an better experience in ordering the food. The staff even help me to look after my phone that I carelessly left behind, which I am grateful for. The service is definitely top notch, apart from the affordable food that tasted so delicious and the fact that they even accepted card payments. Will definitely visit again!

大吉のイメージといえば 店内がいろんな荷物でガチャガチャしていて 入り口とかも汚くて ざっ！下町の焼き鳥屋さん みたいなイメージでしたが ここの店舗はすごく綺麗で 清潔感がありました。 メニューもすこしではありますが 店舗によって違うみたいです。 店主さんもすごく感じがいい人で カウンターのお客さんとわいんいやられてました。 初めて行った僕たちにも話しかけてきてくれて すごくいい感じの店舗でした。 また行きますねー

Really friendly. We went with two young children and picked this place because it seemed open and friendly.

We only had a little Japanese. They offered an English menu and along with some smiles and pointing we managed to get the rest done without to many problems.

My kids wolfed down the fried chicken skewers (I got a couple as well). I also really enjoyed mushroom skewers, some delicious tofu and some sweet potato...

We came here and had an amazing experience. We sat at the bar and the chef was very friendly. The locals were also very friendly and initiated in fun conversations.
