Yumeshoubu was a restaurant to remember. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood near Kinkaku-ji and it was nice to get away from the crowds of tourists. The taisho was very meticulous in his preparation and carefully explained all the dishes to us and how it’s prepared.
