つ（喰）みくさ亭 胡魯 — Restaurant in Matsumoto

I am currently staying at the Hotel Buena Vista as a tourist and tried to make a reservation at this restaurant through the hotel.

The restaurant came up with several reasons to demotivate my family and I from dining at this restaurant.

The first excuse was that they said they do not have an English menu, which I said it was fine as I will be using Google translate to convert the Japanese menu to English. The second excuse was they said they have many regional items that may not be able to be translated, which I find it as a weak excuse. When I insisted that it was fine, they said it was not advisable as I do not speak Japanese.

This is the first time I have experienced such a restaurant and it really taints the image of this city as well as the nice people who live and work in it.

I highly advise the people who work in this restaurant to improve on their social attitude and to not live in the past by exemplifying racial and cultural discrimination...

ここ、ほんとすごいです。 美味しくて。 本当はあんまり教えたくないくらい。

平日に伺いました。敷居が高そうだったのでお電話で。カウンター4席、テーブル席(奥にはまだ広い席があるのでしょうか)と、お店は広くないです。

お値段は高めですが、どれも美味しい。食べるのがもったいなかったです。日本酒も種類があり、ゆっくり過ごせるお店です。

松本駅から遠いので穴場かな〜店主さんも優しかったです。近くに40分300円くらいの駐車場あります...
