This place honestly turned me off with their blatant discrimination against foreigners and substandard food quality. We (2 pax) sat at a table for 4 as the cafe was not crowded and the staff shouted at us to get a table for 2 instead. The couple right behind us sat at the table for 4 and they didn’t even ask them to move. What sort of message are they trying to send? Totally spoiled my day and my travel in Japan. Ridiculous and hurtful experience. And who puts this kind of oriental vegetables on a western breakfast? The bread was not toasted and limp like a soggy mattress having left it out in the rain for a day. The bacon was like ham; first time having such raw bacon. If you check the other photos on Google, their bacon are COOKED. Mine are RAW. Who on earth eats raw bacon? Shoutout to my gutsy partner who gave them the feedback translated to Japanese on this before we left the cafe.

I tried ,latte and trust me the cafe latte was so delicious and warm , the blend and mix was so good , i visited this cafe twice while my stay in matsumoto, the chocolate dessert with the ice cream set was like a soul dessert , i haven’t tried something like this before because the taste just melted in my mouth , it was very very tasty, Thankyou for giving me this amazing food experience, The staff is very good, i also worked from the cafe and enjoyed my drink and dessert,

The coffe and food is very good. However the staff was rude. While I was reading the menu which has pictures in it explaining the contents of their sandwiches the waitress grabbed it from my hand and gave me another menu without pictures in Japanese and took off with the first menu. Then we sat at a table so that we could eat our sandwiches for breakfast and the same waitress came and asked us to move to the counter at the bar because the table we had chosen was apparently reserved for another group (which by this time chose another table for themselves). The place wasn’t busy at all at that time. Overall a good place ruined by the attitude...
