Cozy place with yummy food. No English menu, staff doesn’t speak English but are really nice. We got by pointing at the beautiful menu and using google translate. The hotpot (picture shown) was very yum. I ordered the beef slices, apparently you’re meant to eat them raw haha like sashimi, very interesting and fun dish. Hot chips with mayo is perfect too if you’re craving some western food. All round had a really nice...

信州・権堂の夜、ちょっといい一杯を求めて足を運んだのが「クラフトビール×炭火モモ焼き 信州権堂居酒屋 みらい酒房」。 この店、ただ者じゃありません。 まず飛び込んできたのは「野沢菜の天ぷら」の文字。 野沢菜といえば漬物のイメージでしたが、まさかの天ぷらスタイルに即注文。 これが大正解。 野沢菜のしょっぱさと、衣のふんわりとした甘みが見事なハーモニーを奏でていて、噛むたびに新しい味の発見があります。 これはクセになる。 そしてメインディッシュは名物「炭火モモ焼き」。 炭火でじっくり焼き上げたモモ肉は、表面は香ばしく、中はジューシー。 そのままでも美味しいのに、一口食べた瞬間、思わずクラフトビールに手が伸びて… 一杯がまるっと空になってしまうほどの酒盗力（しゅとうりょく）を感じました。 “名物”と謳うのも納得の、正真正銘の看板メニューです。 店内は温かみがありつつ、どこかスタイリッシュ。 信州の素材を活かした料理と、クラフトビールのラインナップも豊富で、ついつい長居したくなります。 旅人にも、地元の方にも勧めたくなる、心も舌も満たされる居酒屋です。
