Django＜ジャンゴ＞ナチュラルワインと日本のお酒とスパイス料理 — Restaurant in Nagano

Great place !!! I keep for long time in my to do list , but as info is limited in google or tabelog i wasn’t sure, wine bar or food is well available. It is not a restaurant but you can eat well, food have really good taste and not expensive and real food! ( not snack just serve ) All is home made and feel good quality. It is a mix of European ( ham charcuterie ) Middle east or ethnic ( currie, hummus ) Asia / japanese ( gyoza , ginger porc) on my visit

So yes you can eat, dont expect huge volume but good for the price. All cook by owner wife and feel the chef touch !

Wine Owner know well the wine He have his own story for each wine And try to accommodate you on request You will enjoy

I speak less about wine as it was clear the place specialize in it but in my point of view i wasnt sure food is bar food or real food . Real food it is !

So if you want to eat and enjoy wine 👩‍🍳 🍷 it is a great place.

When i book in japanese they understand i wasnt japanese as my name wasn’t and make english menu just for me !!! 😍...

Wanted a different type of nightcap so was very happy to discover this wine bar with a decent selection of Japanese wines, mostly from Hokkaido and Nagano. I especially enjoyed the orange and red wines. Food was pretty good too! The owner and his wife are very friendly and curious to interact with each guest, and even though English isn’t their first language, they put in an admirable amount of effort....

Such a cute wine bar. The owner couldn’t speak English but he made a huge effort to communicate via Google translate. We would write what we wanted roughly, and he would give us 2-3 wines in that style for us to try. We had some lovely Japanese natural style oranges and roses.
