Quite a decent restaurant with cool vibes. A little bit dark for my middle-aged parents. Coal burning makes the table real hot.

Food: Splendid🎊 Every bite is worth the price. Very delicious beef cut that melt in the mouth. Harami and fillet recommended for less oily option. Rich in flavor and good balance of fat and steak.

Service could be better if they provided tissue paper and water. Could only order beverages (mango juice recommended) but no water.

음식이나 고기 자체에는 큰 불만은 없었습니다. 하지만 전반적인 서비스와 응대 수준은 매우 실망

먼저 주문을 받던 한 직원은 마스크도 착용하지 않은 채 계속 기침을 했고, 최소한 입을 가리는 기본적인 예의조차 지키지 않음 추가 주문 과정에서도 주문 누락이나 착오가 반복되었고, 직원 수는 많았지만 응대는 혼란스럽기만 했고, 기분이 좋지 않아 더 이상의 주문은 하지 않음

회계 요청했을 때는 모든 인원이 테이블에 있었는데도 불구하고, 서비스료를 부과하기 급급해서 직원이 파악한 인원 재확인이 아닌 손님에게 어른 수와 아이 수를 직접 묻는 등 기본 응대에 대한 의문이 들정도였고

가장 화났던게 결제 과정인데 계산대에 주문 내용 입력하는 데 문제가 있었는지, 결제까지 10분 가까이 기다려야 했고, 영수증을 요청하니 용지가 떨어졌는지 또 한참을 기다렸고 그 와중에 잘못된 사이즈의 용지를 가져오는 등 직원 3명이 달라 붙었는데도 우왕좌왕하는 동안 20분 가량을 계산대 앞에서 기다렸음.

이 모든 과정 동안 어떤 직원도 상황에 대해 설명하거나, 지연에 대해 사과하는 사람이 단 한명도 없었고, 기다리란 말만 2~3번한게 전부였어서 더열받음 일본에서 3년을 살았는데 이정도까지 가게에서 문제가 있는데 스미마셍을 못들어 본적은 진짜 처음

정말 이해할 수 없는 응대와 운영 방식, 돈은 돈대로 쓰고 여행 마지막을 완전 망침 이 돈주고 이 서비스 받을 바에는 차라리 다른 가게...

This yakiniku restaurant is fantastic! We discovered it thanks to its high rating on Google Reviews. They offer both tatami dining areas and regular seating. The servers are polite and speak good English. I was impressed with their wine menu. The beef was excellent and reasonably priced.
