Bisyu — Restaurant in Nagoya

It is located a little far from Nagoya Station, but it is a "Itamae" restaurant within walking distance. The word "Itamae" in Japanese means chef. At the counter seats, you can enjoy watching the food being cooked in front of you in the open kitchen.

Lunchtime is very lively. It is overwhelming not by the customer, but by the communication of the staff in the kitchen, floor. If you want to enjoy a leisurely meal in a quiet atmosphere, it is recommended to make it dinner time.

One of my best Kaiseki style experiences and a must if visiting Nagoya. The chef is traditional but can be very creative too. He has a charming personality and is heir to some great family recipes like the beef tongue stew. This attracts many training chefs to spend time learning and practising at his restaurant. 平日のランチで入店。 店内はかなり賑わっており、少しだけ待ちました。回転は早いです。 席につく前にオーダーし、伝票代わりの「おはじき」を受け取ります。 変わったシステムですが、アリですね。 日替わり定食（ハンバーグ）をオーダーしました。席につくなり料理が出てきます。 すごい提供スピードです。 夜は割烹料亭を営んでいるこちら、ランチでも手抜きはなく、ハンバーグは肉肉しい粗めのタネで、ボリュームがあります。 小鉢もシンプルですが（この日はキンピラときゅうりの浅漬け）丁寧で良い仕事をしているのが分かります。 ご飯も粒が立っていて良かったです。 板前さんの掛け声が響く店内は、長居をする雰囲気ではないですが、心地良い空間ですね。 因みに日替わり定食は1,000円です。 コスパも良いですよ〜。 ランチの混雑も納...
