Moyan Curry DaiNagoya — Restaurant in Nagoya

The curry was delicious but I have to say there were a number of problems. The restaurant was far from full but my food took 20 minutes or more to come out. I ordered a second beer when the food came out but I was mostly finished with my food by the time the beer arrived more than 10 minutes later.

The menu is super confusing. They have some specials where you can choose a combination of things but it's really unclear what you can choose from to create your combination. I asked the waitress but she couldn't explain it to me.

There is a smoked daikon pickle and some bean sprouts way off to the side that you can go get by yourself for free but if a fellow customer hadn't told me about it I wouldn't have known. for something that doesn't add very much to the value of the meal, it seems that they should cut it from their offerings to reduce kitchen work.

Given all these in efficiencies I assumed this was a single shop restaurant, very young and with a lot of branding work behind it but not much experience. I was surprised to find it was a national chain. I would love to see it survive but I hope they can work out...

お腹いっぱいになりたい人は一度行ってみてください。 金曜日の13時半ごろ行きました。客は数名食券の前で並んでいました。食券販売機には満員の札がかかっておりましたが、店内見渡すとまあ空席はありました。席が空いた模様でスタッフの方から入店OKの指示があり、食券（現金不可）を購入して皿をもらい席につきました。ビュッフェタイプを注文したので、カレーや野菜などがあるところで並ぶことになります。が、通路にはみ出して順番を待つので、これが入場制限（空せきが多い）の原因だなと思いました。ビュッフェの順番がきたので、まずは米（麦入り）をとり、オクラ、キャベツ、もやしナムル、コーン、ごぼうマヨ和え、ダンドリーチキン（１回に２個？２切れ？）等をとり、いよいよカレールーのところに。２０倍辛い激辛ルー、ポークルー（一押し）、ほうれん草ルーがあり、まずはポークルーとほうれん草ルーを選択、もーやんうどんもとって席へ戻りました。ベジファースト後、ポークカレーを食べました。まあ普通、次にほうれん草カレーを食べましたが、これがまずい。野菜はまあ鮮度も良さそうで国内産かは不明ですがまあまあ、ダンドリーチキンは美味しいと思います。ただ、福神漬けの顔をしたたくわんの何かはまずい。２回目まではおかわり可能ですので、再度ビュッフェに並び、オクラとコーンとポークルーと激辛ルーを少し取り、ねばねばカレーもどきを自作しました。もうやんうどん、ダンドリーチキンも取り、まだ食べれるなと思いつつも席に戻りました。ところが食べていくにつれて、お腹がどんどん膨れてきて、最終的に苦しくなることに。残そうかなと思いましたが、食べ残したときは罰金との張り紙があったので、ぎゅうぎゅう詰めにしてなんとか完食。ルイボスティを食後にと思い飲みましたが、美味しくない。 食事に関しては、８５点ぐらいかな、しかし、接客がイマイチ。受付の女性は愛想も無く、なんか冷たい感じでしたし、厨房から「いっらしゃい」やら「ありがとうございました」など一切なく、この部分を改善すれば、もっと明るい活気のある店舗になるんじゃないのかなと思う。 ランチビュッフ...
