After visiting Japan several times, this was our first bad experience with a restaurant. We came because there are vegan options available. You could feel that the staff was not really happy about English speaking guests. Overall, we have never experienced such bad service in Japan.
You have to order and pay via a Japanese website and translate it yourself with your smartphone. After ordering, we were told that one of the dishes we ordered was no longer available, presumably because pre-portioned ingredients are used. The first dish arrived after 45 minutes. It was okay in terms of taste, but unfortunately it wasn't really warm and was rather a small portion. The second dish only arrived after almost an hour, which meant that we had already eaten the first dish, so we couldn't eat together. We were VERY surprised by the tiny size of the pizza for the price. The dough was also not baked at all and very chewy. After 17:00, a table charge of 300 ¥ PER PERSON is added to the meal price. With a large group, this will be very noticeable. Considering the taste and the rather small portion size, it was definitely overpriced. Unfortunately, not recommended...

You have to order using a QR code, which is no problem. But after we ordered, they came and told us one of the dishes was not available anymore, even though it was marked as available in the app (while others were labeled as sold out - so this system clearly doesn't work). No problem, we chose something else.
Then, we waited way longer than half an hour for our food, and they only brought one dish. We saw how it was taken out of the fridge and warmed in the microwave, so why did it take so long? God knows. We shared the dish, it was already cold, lukewarm at best.
In the meantime, guests who arrived later already got their food. While we continued waiting for the second one we had ordered. Only when we asked for it, they finally brought it to the table.
The entire time, the staff was rude and cold towards us. This is our third time in Japan and we are aware of language barriers. We do speak some bits and try our best. But we have never experienced...
Read moreDisappointing... I went with my wife and a vegan friend looking for something to eat before taking the bus back to Kanto and I found this place w/vegan options. At the beginning everything was good, the drinks came fast and the "Otoshi" too. Even they changed one of them with a vegan alternative. But after we ordered the main dishes everything was bad. We ordered the Fish & Chips, veg gyoza and the vegan lasagna. We waited around 50 mins and the food looked pre cooked or something like that because it wasn't cold but neither hot. Just warm... Only the Gyoza were good but also took a lot of time to be served. The used plates were not taken from our table at any time, so it was a bit messy to eat with everything using the entire table. Arriving at the place with plenty of time wasn't enough, the long wait made us eat fast and rush to the station. I wanted to try the Tiramisu but it'd waste too much time. I'm not used to writing bad reviews but yesterday's experience...
