What a wonderful place, I only wish I had found it sooner. They were so helpful to me when I was having a "lost tourist" moment, forgetting half my words in Japanese and in need of dinner when earlier plans did not go through. Even after guiding me to a table and getting the order system started for me, they remained polite and welcoming.

The food does not take long to get, and is very comforting once you get it. The pork cutlet is an easy choice, and the karaage is plump and juicy. Also a bonus for having some of the cutest robots to help with the service!

For other tourists, take note: Sit down at a table and use the tablet to order. As others have noted, they have an English option. You can also use it to place a take out order if you need to get back to your hotel. Went in on 2 Dec 5pm to have early dinner. Taken by surprise there was nothing available except pizza and desserts. Reckon the chef took sick leave or urgent leave? the worst part wasn't the food but the stairs to climb down with a sleeping kid and a heavy stroller. so this place is a no-go for old folks on wheel chairs or parents with young children. Greatly needed after a long day with no food! Entering the intro sign also has English which is appreciated. Easy to order from the screens at the tables which have multiple language options.
