SUKHONTHA RAYARD Hisaya-odori Park — Restaurant in Nagoya

Had the Bangkok course set dinner for two adults with two young kids. Service was first of all slow and at times between 15-20mins of waiting time between courses . Jasmine rice was served as dish after starters and should have accompanied some of the spicier dishes . Had to have shrimp crackers while waiting for the kitchen to wake up. The meat in the soups like Tom Yum Kung was small and seem like scraps of meat not even taking up a teaspoon size . Prawn looks impressive at first looks but it was with a large head but a shriveled body , overcooked and lost its sweetness, looks like it was cooking in soup for long time . Green curry had a greater portion of vegetable than meat which again came in smaller than teaspoon morsels . Service was slow and inaccurate. On the way to the washroom, I saw vegetables and other food placed on floor next to beer crates . Service was bad and main manager behaved like a nonchalant man when chided. The food was edible, but I doubt we will go back there. It was rather disappointing. The grilled pork was nothing like the depiction in the menu, and was surprisingly lacking in flavor. Even after pouring the sauce on it, it left no impression on my palette. The spring rolls were very pathetic and tiny. The pad thai was rather soggy and had little flavor even after adding condiments. In addition, there was quite a wait to be seated, even though they had several empty tables, and the staff didn't really explain to us what was going on or how long we should have to wait, but ignored us for a long time while we stood there. Our name was first on the waiting list, but a guy just looked at it and walked off without acknowledging our presence, and only about ten minutes later or more did we finally get seated. 12月22日（日曜日）、家族と一緒にこのレストランに行きました。2歳の幼児が一緒でした。その日はとても寒く、気温は約5度でした。名前を書いて順番を待っていましたが、スタッフは私たちを店内に案内してくれませんでした！その後、男性スタッフが店内に招いてくれましたが、ドアを開けたままにしていました！お店のドアの方が顧客よりも大事だと思っているようで、本当に信じられません！

スタッフはたくさんいましたが、全くトレーニングされていないようでした。混雑しているのは理解できますし、待つこともできますが、この寒い中で小さな子供がいる状況では、非常に不適切でした。

オーダーを取りに来るのも非常に遅く、大声で呼ばなければなりませんでした。この店の運営は最低でした。さらに、料理の味は値段の割に普通でした。

เมื่อวันอาทิตย์ที่ 22/12 ฉันได้ไปที่ร้านอาหารนี้พร้อมครอบครัว โดยมีเด็กเล็กอายุ 2 ขวบ อากาศวันนั้นหนาวมาก ประมาณ 5 องศา ฉันเขียนชื่อเพื่อรอคิว แต่พนักงานกลับไม่เชิญเราเข้าไปในร้าน! ต่อมา พนักงานชายคนหนึ่งจึงเข้ามาเชิญเราเข้าไป แต่เขาก็เปิดประตูร้านไว้! พวกเขาดูเหมือนจะเป็นห่วงประตูร้านของตัวเองมากกว่าลูกค้า มันเหลือเชื่อมาก!

On Sunday, December 22, I went to this restaurant with my family, including my 2-year-old child. The weather was freezing, about 5 degrees Celsius. I wrote my name on the waiting list, but the staff didn’t invite us into the restaurant! Later, a male staff member finally invited us inside but left the door open! It was unbelievable—they seemed to care more about their door than their customers!

There were plenty of staff, but they didn’t seem trained at all. I understand that the restaurant was busy, and I’m okay with waiting, but not in such cold weather, especially with a small child. It was truly inconsiderate.

The order-taking was extremely slow, and I had to raise my voice to get their attention. Their management was the worst I’ve ever experienced. To top it off, the food was mediocre compared...
