I went today on the second day after the grand opening.

I rarely write negative reviews but it was a bad experience.

  1. the waiting line was pretty long. It would have not been a problem if it went a little faster but it was extremely slow. There were around 15 people in front of me and it took 1 hour. There were 5 people behind the counter but they were very unorganized. They bumped into each other, always confused the orders and went very slow. I understand it’s the second day after the opening but even the manager that was there didn’t seem to care at all. It makes you wonder if they purposefully slow down to make the line outside longer.

  2. price: it is a luxurious Gelateria and the prices reflect that. It would be okay if the taste and service would match it but unfortunately it didn’t.

  3. taste: I ordered the regular (middle size) cup but it was quite small. Moreover they offer you a free topping. The topping unluckily it’s way to much and it goes to cover all the taste of the other flavors. I chose chocolate but it was overwhelming. I literally couldn’t taste half the flavors I got because all the sides and bottom were covered in chocolate chips.

Overall an underwhelming experience.

I was really looking forward trying this new place but it didn’t live up to...

A cool, posh respite from the summer heat in Nagoya. Vegans! We saw 4 flavors of clearly marked vegan gelato at the time of visiting. Chocolate, cashew cream, lychee and mango. You can get cone or a cup in various sizes.

It's in the park in front of the TV tower by Sachae station, near the Nagoya dragon.

It looks like they have some vegan chocolate options...

We ordered an ice cream with cup not a cone… the thing we got at here, it was looking like someone just vomit in the cup. If you guys would like to sell a premium ice cream, please hire employees as being well-trained or train them well… The both exterior interior of the shop looks awesome, but actual experience is ruined just right after we got the ice cream by...
