I strongly recommend taking Okinawa set menu, unless you have some very specific preferences.
I don't speak any Japanese, but fortunately the gentleman running the show speaks English enough to help me to order and so on, and he also knew names of the dishes in English.
The menu is in Japanese and google translate doesn't work terribly well (some items are translated correctly but some are just random words). However, if you don't have dietary restrictions, just take the Okinawa set menu (2000 yen + 10% tax).

The menus are in Japanese but the owner is so kind and patient as they let us take the time to translate using an app. We opted for the Okinawa Set menu which was the perfect way to sample Okinawan cuisine. We were blown away by the tuna and the egg courses - the simplest dishes but soo tasty.
The owner even recommended some Japanese alcohol for us and it did not disappoint.

B1 of the building, so slightly hidden. Very kind service, wonderful Okinawa local dishes, nostalgic and comforting atmosphere. We couldn't stop talking about it as we walked home, it's in our top meals from our entire Japan trip (and honestly from all our travels combined!).
