我來自於台灣，我用英文點布丁口味，店員很快的講了一大串英文，我一時反應不過來，店員面無表情語氣冷淡的再用英文問我有聽懂嗎？我想了幾秒知道她的意思後，我表示了解。後來結帳時因為不知道要把現金放進機器付款，店員一直語氣快速重複說著要我把錢放進機器中，我操作完成後才終於完成購買。 整個過程店員完全面無表情，講話快的我無法即時了解，付款時也未提供任何協助，讓我有點不知所措。 三分鐘後再次經過這家店，看到同一個店員對日本客人親切的結帳服務，我頓時覺得該店員對外國旅客十分的不友善，就算網路評價這家店布丁有多好吃，我都不會再次光臨。 到過日本旅遊3次，這次的經驗讓我感到十分差勁與失望。
