Overall a great experience. Fun atmosphere (playing absolute American classics like all star), and great service. The server spoke very good English, to the point that my “これをください” would have been rendered useless. Lots of customization options. I ordered the draft beer, which was a craft ipa. It was delicious and only 780 yen, which was a couple bucks cheaper than I’ve typically paid elsewhere. I got the Sakura burger, and added a fried egg and sautéed onion, which was cooked perfectly. The French fries were great (although a small portion by American standards). The burger bun was light and toasted, and the thick cut bacon that came with it was some of the best I’ve had. A nice snappy tartar sauce pulled it all together. The ketchup was fantastic, apparently homemade, judging by other reviews. The actually burger patty though, was somewhat underwhelming. I didn’t get the larger premium Japanese patty, so maybe that option would be better. It was a thin burger that seemed unseasoned, and had a texture that made it feel like it was steamed not grilled. For the price (about 8.50 for the standard burger) it’s actually still a good deal. They’ve really mastered everything that makes a good burger, except the burger itself. I would still wholeheartedly recommend it, maybe try the...

This place has great reviews on google maps so I was pretty excited to try their sakura burger.

First of all, this place is really subtle, no big signage or posters not even a burger picture. It’s a small popular place so expect to wait a little. Use the ticket machine outside to get your reservation ticket. The instructions are in Japanese only so you’ll have to deal with that.

I ordered the sakura burger with sauted onion 🧅. The burger comes with 8 pieces of fries 🍟, I guess they’re made from fresh potatoes? But they’re not important, the burger is the star.

The burger 🍔 is not small I’ll say it’s enough for a grown man. The homemade bacon is good, the beef and veggies seem fresh, the sauce is okay. The sauted onion doesn’t have much flavour tho, maybe cheese or mushrooms would fit better.

To conclude, the burger is good, but I won’t say it’s the best burger I’ve ever had. If you’re a burger lover you can have a try and see if you like it. The burger’s also a bit pricey ¥1280 without drinks, but they...

We visited this burger place today with my wife. We each ordered a burger and a cola. Unfortunately, the drinks were brought quite late — after our burgers had already arrived at the table. I was hoping to enjoy my drink with the burger, but since the drinks didn’t come, we had to start eating.

I politely reminded the waitress that our drinks hadn’t arrived yet. She said she’d bring them, but instead continued cleaning a nearby empty table for the next customers, completely ignoring the situation. My burger was getting cold.

I had to remind her again, explaining that it was important for us to receive everything we ordered on time so we could enjoy our meal properly. Only after the third reminder did she finally bring the drinks.

This kind of service really affects the overall experience. We couldn’t fully enjoy our meal because of the delay and lack of attention. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves...

As a native Texan, I must say this is a legit burger joint. Feels like a roadhouse, no frills diner that serves up many versions of the American classic. And it ain't skimping of the size either. I appreciated that the burger was not doused in salt and let's you add what you want (or don't want). Brioche bun is thick but light and fluffy and well grilled to have a crisp outer layer. The classic Sakura burger was seasoned with a distinct pepper seasoning that made it aromatic is all the right ways. The natural flavors of the beef was not masked by heavy-handed salting. There are no over the top, fancied-out burgers here...it's a burger the way burgers are supposed to be. Simple, beefy and delicious. Add grilled onions and a fried egg and the result is very memorable. As with almost all Japanese eateries, the level of execution is very high and aesthetically beautiful. Something done right, over and over again. Yeehaw!
