Update - next day, came back and tried the more pricey green tea soft serve, in a cup with two green tea mochi cubes. The soft serve is a deeper green and more intense flavor than the lower priced green tea soft serve. It may come off as a lil bitter in the first few spoons but you soon will appreciate the depth of flavor. Read moreI loved the matcha ice cream here! It was so interesting to watch her prepare it by putting a cup (?) into a machine and pressing it to get the ice cream out! Seems a bit extra, but was great to watch. The ice cream was perfectly bitter from the matcha and sweet as well.
